So nice and friendly, I switched from a previous cms, the Elyria one was very welcoming. I did have a good experience at the other cms and coming here has with out a shadow of a doubt saved my life and made my life quality better

I absolutely love CMS! There’s never a dull moment there! They saved my life at a time when I was drowning they were my life boat! The people there are the BEST!! They give us not only treatment in medicine but treatment in confidence!! They always make sure we are good and taken care of no matter what!! I would NEVER go anywhere else!

I just have to say that I love my new clinic. All the staff is super nice and helpful. Counselor helps you with resources. Nursing is top notch and the over all environment is welcoming and warm. I was embraced and not judged and I feel good about coming in and getting my medication without judgment or rudeness.

Want Me To Be Honest I Didn't Really Like People Till I Started Here They Very Open And Accepting No Matter What The Circumstance I Am Where I Am Today From The Support Of Family And Genuine People Who Still Understand What a Addiction Is And Everyday On Going Battle I Can't Recommend Any Other Place Sometimes You Just Need Help At Least Get It From People Who Care. I thank God for this place and the wonderful staff here in Elyria!!! From the first phone call I made there to today ... They have made my recovery possible!! Each and every person there is encouraging. V is amazing at answering the phones and being the first person at the desk to welcome you and help you in any way she can. Sammy the counselor is amazing and reminds you she is just a call away anytime any day! The nurse Shana is always professional yet is also so supportive and there for your needs! Each provider has been helpful with every visit and knows their stuff!!! Thank you CMS Elyria!! You are saving lives everyday!!!

This place is amazing!!They really do care about your recovery! if you don’t have money, they will help you get Medicaid or work with you on a payment plan. They care about you not so much your wallet.

On May 29th 2025, I walked into Community Medical Services and this place changed my life. I want to thank all the staff especially my counselor Sam, my nurse Shawna, and Miss Vee. I had a house fire in 2003 which changed my life forever I never touched a pill in my life until the day I had woke up to a fire and had suffered third degree burns on my right arm and my left arm hanging off with just tendons and my bone broken half from jumping out of a second story window. I have become a drug addict ever since that day I've tried other rehabs which were a joke cuz we were getting high popping pills in the parking lots on brakes but with this place Community Medical services they are here for you they listen they help you with anything you need and I have not been this sober for this long ever so I say thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who have helped me to come this far and will continue helping me and my sobriety I will post pictures of my daughter and my son my daughter was 17 months old when I had to drop her out of a second story window on top of a hot tub to save her life and my son was 12 at the time and they all got out of the house and ever since that day I

Vee and Shauna are always so welcoming. They made the process much easier than the first time I went through it, years ago. I was so sick and they made it bearable. I am so glad that I decided to transfer here. Sammy is a great counselor and I'm happy she moved from the other clinic as well. You can genuinely talk to these ladies about anything and they will always be empathetic and kind. I've been sober since I started back in March, for the first time in nearly 12 years and it's definitely thanks to Community Medical. I am so incredibly thankful for everything that they do.
